2024 CALL FOR ARTISTS

This summer, we will be producing a series of concerts featuring arias and choruses from some of our favorite operas. We need soloists and choristers of all voice types. We will rehearse one day per weekend (TBD) starting May 25/26. This is a great opportunity to brush up on a favorite aria with a back up chorus, try out something new, or join in on a fun chorus (no memorization required)! The concert dates and locations are:

Christ Episcopal Church in Alameda, Sat evening 8/10

St. Peter's Chapel on Mare Island, Sun afternoon 8/11

Hillside Club in Berkeley, Sunday Sun afternoon 8/18

We are also casting principal and chorus roles for Verdi's La Traviata

Michael Moran Music Director and Eliza O’Malley Stage Director.

Performances: Saturday evenings and Sunday matinees November 9th-November 24th.

Rehearsals:  Afternoons Saturdays and Sundays September 14th to November 3rd in Vallejo.

All roles triple cast.

Principals must be available to cover all performances.
